Returns

We do not require product returns from Chinese suppliers due to high shipping costs.

Refunds

We offer full refunds or replacements only when we are at fault, in the following situations:

β€’Damaged Products- Reported within 30 days of delivery with photo/video evidence

β€’Incorrect or Missing Products- With photo/video evidence within applicable timeframe

β€’Canceled Orders- Before processing or shipping

β€’Delivery Delays- Over 45 days for USA, 60 days international

Important Conditions:

  • Refunds only possible if payment was made within the last 90 days
  • For orders marked "delivered" but not received, a non-delivery certificate from local post office is required
  • Refunds processed to original payment method
